A little about ourselves

The Rainbow Friendship Centre (previously known as the Rainbow Care Centre) was established in August 1990 to provide support to people over 50 years of age who reside in Greater Pollok, Newlands, Auldburn and Thornliebank.

The day centre is partially funded by Glasgow City Council's Integrated Grant Fund, however, recent funding cuts have forced us to introduce a daily membership fee of £15 which includes lunch. An additional charge is payable for those members who use our bus service and/or wish to participate in our bingo and lottery.
